Functional Medicine Patients
All of our functional medicine appointments can be done in person or via Zoom. Our intake forms are available online via email link, which you would complete before your appointment, so you never have to come to our office at all, if that’s your preference! A clinician will meet with you about your specific health issue and condition to develop an understanding of what is impacting your quality of life. This meeting takes about 30 minutes,and will allow us to identify if you are a good candidate for care, and what the next steps will be in order for you to restore your health.
Chiropractic Patients
When you arrive, our friendly, professional staff will greet you and help you complete your health history at our kiosk.
Your chiropractor will meet with you and review your history and current health issues. He’ll then complete a thorough chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological examination to see how your joints, nerves and muscles are working together. If he believes X-rays are needed, we can take them onsite.
We customize the care to your health needs and health goals. We will prepare a report of findings and cover your treatment recommendations. We’ll explain the financial aspects of care before we begin, so there won’t be any surprises.
